Our full range of products features moisture-wicking, breathable, and comfortable performance.

Our main fabrics are primarily eco-friendly nylon and high-performance stretch fibers, with different products using different materials depending on the design. Please refer to each product page for the exact fabric composition.

Most VIASWEAT sports bras and tanks come with removable padding (with some exceptions), which can be taken out based on your personal preference for comfort, support, and a natural shape.

Every VIASWEAT product is quality-tested and will maintain good color and quality under normal washing conditions. To extend the life of your garment, we recommend:

• Wash inside out in cold water
• Wash light and dark garments separately
• Avoid fabric softener
• Avoid bleach
• Avoid direct sunlight
• Do not dry clean or iron
• Tumble dry or spin dry, then hang to air-dry in a shaded area
• Machine wash only in water below 30°C
• Follow the care label instructions

Thank you for shopping with VIASWEAT! Once your order is placed, please allow 1–2 business days for order processing. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows (excluding weekends and holidays):

• Taiwan: approx. 1–2 business days
• Asia: approx. 3–4 business days

Orders within Taiwan are shipped via HCT Logistics, while international orders are shipped via Goodmaji Logistics. Once your order ships, we'll send you a shipping confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your order every step of the way.

VIASWEAT offers worldwide shipping. Please note that we're currently unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, so please provide a complete and accurate shipping address and country at checkout to ensure smooth delivery.

Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other related fees incurred due to destination country regulations are the responsibility of the recipient. If you have questions about applicable fees, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.

If delivery is delayed due to logistics, customs, weather, or similar factors, we'll do our best to help track your order's progress. If your item arrives with visible damage, please contact customer service as soon as possible with photos of the product and packaging, and we'll assist with next steps.

Please note that VIASWEAT is unable to control the shipping process, so we cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from carrier logistics, customs procedures, or incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses.

We sincerely apologize if this happens. We'll contact you right away by email or phone, and if you'd like to cancel your order, we'll issue a full refund to make sure your rights are protected.

Once an order is placed and payment is completed, it cannot be modified or canceled. If you'd like to return an item, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

To make sure every Active Girl finds the right fit, VIASWEAT offers returns and exchanges within a 7-day inspection period for orders placed on our website. If the remaining order value after a return falls below the free-shipping threshold of $2,000, the original shipping fee of $80 will be charged.

Customers outside Taiwan who need to arrange a return or exchange should email us at returns@viasweat.com. International return shipping, customs duties, and related fees are the customer's responsibility.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted after the 7-day inspection period.

We do our best to ensure the highest quality for every item, but if the product you receive has any defect or issue, please email us at returns@viasweat.com and we'll take care of it as quickly as possible.

Before requesting a return or exchange, please review the following:

• VIASWEAT will help track delivery progress in the case of logistics delays or other unforeseeable circumstances, but cannot guarantee delivery timing.
• If a return brings the order below the free-shipping threshold (NTD 2,000), the original shipping fee of NTD 80 will be deducted from your refund.
• For returns within Taiwan, VIASWEAT will arrange courier pickup; if pickup isn't possible, please ship the item back yourself.
• Once the returned item is received and confirmed to meet return conditions, we'll process your refund as soon as possible.
• Credit card payments: refunds will be issued to your original card, with the actual posting time depending on your card issuer's process.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): please provide your bank account details to our customer service email for the refund.

VIASWEAT currently offers free returns and exchanges within Taiwan only. Please click here to access the return request form.

After submitting the form, our customer service team will contact you to guide you through the process. Once we receive your returned item, you'll receive your refund (or exchange item). Refunds take 7–14 business days to process.

For credit card payments: once we receive your returned item, the refund will be issued directly back to the credit card used for the original purchase. Depending on your card issuer, it may take an additional 2–10 business days to appear in your account.

Get it first! We offer pre-orders so you can easily secure new arrivals before they officially launch. To protect both parties, full payment is required at checkout and orders cannot be changed. If you need to return or exchange a pre-order item after it arrives, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Pre-orders are fulfilled in the order they were placed and typically ship within a few weeks. We'll send you a shipping confirmation email as soon as your item ships — thank you for your patience!
