Project #1: Rebuilding Forests in Honduras
Partner: Eden Reforestation Projects
Location: La Tigra National Park, Honduras
In partnership with Eden Reforestation Projects, we supported reforestation work in Honduras that restores natural ecosystems while creating fair employment for local communities.
Impact highlights:

138 workdays created per 10,000 trees

Equivalent to 0.64 football fields or 1.12 acres of restored forest

Estimated 10,414 kg of CO₂ sequestered every year
Eden focuses on planting native tree species to maintain biodiversity and restore soil health, helping stabilize weather patterns and strengthen local resilience.
By employing local residents, they create long-term livelihoods and break cycles of poverty through environmental stewardship.
This collaboration supports the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals related to poverty reduction, decent work, climate action, and life on land.

Project #2: Turning Plastic into Opportunity
Partner: Plastic Bank
Plastic pollution is one of the most pressing challenges facing our oceans today.
Through our partnership with Plastic Bank, we’ve helped reduce ocean-bound plastic while creating sustainable income opportunities for coastal communities.

Plastic Bank builds ethical recycling ecosystems that stop plastic before it reaches the ocean.
Collected materials are recycled into “Social Plastic” — a reusable material that companies can reintegrate into products and packaging, helping build a circular economy that turns waste into value.
This approach reduces pollution, protects marine life, and supports stable employment and education within local communities.
